In pursuit of equality in every area of life, our "Equal Care, Equal Mental Load – #YükOlmasın" campaign — carried out through the Fiba İşimiz Eşitlik Platform — drew attention to care work, predominantly shouldered by women, and the mental load it creates. The campaign received a Bronze Stevie Award in the Communications or PR Campaign of the Year – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion category at the 2026 International Business Awards.
